These Restaurant Partner Terms and Conditions apply to restaurants, cafes, food outlets, and dining businesses that register, apply to be listed, or use any restaurant-facing EasyDine services. By submitting restaurant details to EasyDine or using EasyDine partner services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About EasyDine

EasyDine is a restaurant reservation platform built for Pakistan. EasyDine helps restaurants create an online profile, display key restaurant information, receive table reservation requests, promote selected offers, and provide customers with a simpler way to reserve tables.

EasyDine may operate through its website, mobile app, partner tools, QR codes, restaurant dashboard, communications, and related marketing channels.

2. Authority to Register

By submitting a restaurant registration form, you confirm that you are authorised to register the restaurant on EasyDine.

You also confirm that you are allowed to provide restaurant information, photos, menu details, prices, contact details, offers, and other relevant information for review and possible publication on EasyDine.

EasyDine may request verification before approving or publishing a restaurant profile.

3. Restaurant Listing Permission

You allow EasyDine to display your restaurant information on the EasyDine platform and related marketing materials. This may include restaurant name, logo, photos, description, cuisine type, menu items, prices, opening hours, location, address, facilities, ratings, reviews, special offers, booking availability, and restaurant contact details where appropriate.

EasyDine may format, edit, resize, crop, organise, or present submitted information for better display, provided the meaning is not materially changed.

4. Accuracy of Information

The restaurant is responsible for ensuring that all information provided to EasyDine is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading.

This includes menu items, prices, photos, timings, address, availability, offers, facilities, social media links, and any customer-facing information.

If information changes, the restaurant should notify EasyDine or update its profile where the option is available. EasyDine may request corrections or temporarily hide inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information.

5. Restaurant Profile Approval

Submitting a restaurant form does not automatically guarantee publication on EasyDine.

EasyDine may review restaurant details before approving the profile and may approve, reject, delay, edit, or request additional information for any restaurant profile.

EasyDine may refuse to publish a restaurant profile if the information appears incomplete, misleading, inappropriate, fake, unauthorised, unlawful, or unsuitable for the platform.

6. Reservations

EasyDine allows customers to request table reservations through the platform. The restaurant is responsible for reviewing and managing reservation requests in a timely and professional manner.

Where a reservation is confirmed, the restaurant should make reasonable efforts to honour the confirmed booking.

EasyDine is not responsible for the restaurant’s table availability, seating arrangements, customer service, food quality, delays, cancellations, refusal of service, or any in-restaurant experience.

7. Booking Status

Depending on available features, restaurants may be able to accept, decline, update, or place customers on a waitlist.

Restaurants should use these booking options responsibly and should avoid leaving customers without a clear booking status.

Customers should be informed of reservation updates through the EasyDine platform or approved communication channels.

8. Launch Offer

EasyDine is free for restaurants for the first 5 months after joining.

During this free launch period, restaurants may use EasyDine to create a profile, display restaurant information, receive online reservation requests, use a direct booking QR code, and access available partner features.

After the free period, EasyDine remains free to use. Charges apply only per confirmed booking. Any applicable pricing, billing method, or paid charges will be communicated before billing begins.

9. QR Codes and EasyDine Branding

EasyDine may provide the restaurant with a booking link, QR code, partner badge, table card, counter card, social media design, or other marketing material.

The restaurant may use these materials to promote bookings through EasyDine.

The restaurant must not misuse, alter, damage, falsely represent, or use EasyDine branding in a misleading way. EasyDine may request removal or correction of any improper use of its logo, QR code, name, or marketing materials.

10. Offers and Promotions

Restaurants may be able to promote selected offers, discounts, campaigns, or special dining packages through EasyDine.

Any offer listed through EasyDine must be genuine, clearly described, and honoured by the restaurant during the stated period.

The restaurant is responsible for clearly mentioning any conditions, exclusions, validity periods, timing restrictions, or availability limits attached to an offer. EasyDine may remove or refuse any offer that appears misleading, expired, inaccurate, inappropriate, or likely to create customer complaints.

11. Menu, Prices, and Allergens

Restaurants are responsible for the accuracy of their menu items, prices, item descriptions, photos, and allergen information.

EasyDine may display menu and allergen information for customer convenience, but the restaurant remains responsible for confirming food ingredients, dietary information, and allergen details.

Customers should verify any serious allergy or dietary concern directly with the restaurant before ordering or dining.

12. Reviews and Ratings

Customers may be able to leave reviews and ratings for restaurants.

EasyDine may moderate, restrict, or remove reviews that appear fake, abusive, unlawful, irrelevant, misleading, offensive, spam-like, or in violation of platform standards.

EasyDine does not guarantee that every review will be positive and is not responsible for customer opinions, provided they are not removed under EasyDine’s moderation standards.

13. Restaurant Responsibilities

The restaurant remains fully responsible for food quality, food safety and hygiene, menu accuracy, pricing, service standards, staff conduct, table availability, customer experience, restaurant licences and approvals, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and handling customer complaints relating to restaurant service.

EasyDine provides a reservation and discovery platform. EasyDine does not operate, own, manage, or control the restaurant.

14. Communication

EasyDine may contact the restaurant by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email, or platform notifications for onboarding, profile setup, reservation services, support, account updates, billing updates, marketing materials, or service-related communication.

By submitting the restaurant form, you agree that EasyDine may contact you for restaurant onboarding and partner-related communication.

15. Data Use

EasyDine may collect and use restaurant information for onboarding, profile creation, reservations, support, communication, platform improvement, and marketing of the restaurant through EasyDine.

Restaurant and customer data should only be used for legitimate reservation, service, and customer support purposes.

Restaurants must not misuse customer information received through EasyDine.

16. No Guaranteed Bookings

EasyDine helps restaurants improve visibility and receive online reservation requests.

However, EasyDine does not guarantee any specific number of bookings, customers, revenue, sales, views, reviews, ratings, or business results.

Restaurant performance may depend on location, pricing, food quality, customer service, profile quality, availability, offers, and customer demand.

17. Suspension or Removal

EasyDine may suspend, hide, or remove a restaurant profile if the restaurant provides false or misleading information, is not authorised to be listed, repeatedly ignores reservations, receives serious customer complaints, misuses EasyDine branding, publishes inappropriate or unlawful content, fails to honour valid offers, violates these Terms and Conditions, or damages EasyDine’s platform, customers, or reputation.

EasyDine may also remove a restaurant profile upon request by authorised restaurant management.

18. Changes to Platform Features

EasyDine may update, add, remove, test, or modify platform features from time to time.

During the pilot and launch period, some features may be introduced gradually, improved, changed, or temporarily unavailable.

EasyDine will aim to keep restaurants informed of important changes where reasonably possible.

19. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

EasyDine may update these Restaurant Partner Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Restaurants will be notified of material changes where reasonably possible.

Continued use of EasyDine after updated terms are shared may be treated as acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
